Founded in February 1981 by Calvin and Aileen Swartz, Progressive Success Corporation recently celebrated 30 years of excellence in the training and staff development industry. Upon retirement from the US Army as a Colonel, Cal was able to pursue his passion for developing and enhancing management strategies and interpersonal communication in the workplace.
Serving both public and private sector industries, Cal and Aileen offered their first training session on the topic of Time Management and from there went on to develop more than 35 off-the-shelf training seminars ranging from Appraising Performance to Prevention of Workplace Violence–and many other communication issues. Participants work on problems they face in their actual workplace environments. This concept has been pivotal over the years in allowing Progressive Success to offer turnkey solutions within the training environment, sending participants back to the workplace with answers and options that are immediately relevant to their workplace challenges.

At Progressive Success, we’re excited about developments in technology and continue to incorporate new possibilities into our work. Open enrollment online training is a new option we will soon be offering. But we still believe that the most important skill any executive, manager, supervisor, or employee can develop is the ability to communicate face-to-face with others.
