Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do clients contract for PSC training services?
Send us your detailed request via email with any appropriate documentation attached (e.g., Statement of Work). Once we receive your request, we review your needs and send back a response which will include a brief course outline, cost of the training, the number of participants who can attend for that price, and available dates on our training calendar. After you have reviewed our proposal, please contact us by phone to confirm and schedule the course. We make this process as smooth as possible. 2. I have an organizational problem that’s going to require some consulting services? How do I begin?
Send us your detailed request via email with any appropriate documentation attached (e.g., Statement of Work). Please include as much information as you can and then submit your request. We will then analyze your request and provide a price estimate based on the information you have provided and the scope of the project as we see it. Click here for more information on the Consulting Services that we offer.
3. What if I don’t need a lot of detail–just a quick price quote?
Please send a short description of your needs via email. Please provide the topic, number of partipants, desired training duration (e.g., 3 hours, 2 days), and desired training date(s). We will respond in 1 – 2 days with a price quote based on the information provided. This may be subject to change should the scope of the training be more involved than initially anticipated. For example, if you request a price to train 10 participants in one department, and then realize you need to training all 30 in that department, the training price will need to be adjusted accordingly.
4. What methods of payment does PSC accept?
We are happy to accept your corporate/govt. checks, corporate/govt. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept Government Forms SF 182, etc., which we will use to submit an invoice to your payment authority. Payment terms are Net 30 Days.

5. How do you customize your training for clients?
We consult with your training coordinator, contracting officer, employee development specialist, and/or other authorized designee(s) to determine the issues to be resolved by the training. Then we design creative exercises into the training agenda to address the identified issues and generate alternative solutions that participants can put into immediate practice. We pride ourselves on these custom approaches–we try to make our training as organization-specific as possible so that the participants get USEFUL, VALUABLE INFORMATION to take back to work.
