1. What if I have a large group of people who need one of your eLearning courses? Can I contract group training services?
Send us your detailed request via email with any appropriate documentation attached (e.g., Statement of Work). Once we receive your request, we will review your needs and send back a response. We’ll include a brief eLearning course outline, cost of the training, the number of participants who can attend for that price, and available dates on our training calendar. After you have reviewed our proposal, please contact us by return email to confirm and schedule the course. We make this process as smooth as possible.
2. I have an organizational problem that’s going to require some consulting services? How do I begin?
Send us your detailed request via email with any appropriate documentation attached (e.g., Statement of Work). Please include as much detail as you can. We will then analyze your request and provide a price estimate.
3. What if I don’t need a lot of detail–just a quick price quote?
Please send a short description of your needs via email. Include the topic, number of participants, desired training duration (e.g., 3 hours, 2 days), and desired training date(s). We will respond in 1 – 2 days with a price quote.
4. What methods of payment does PSC accept?
PSC is happy to accept your corporate/govt. checks, corporate/govt./personal VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept Government Forms SF 182, etc., which we will use to submit an invoice to your payment authority. Payment terms are Net 30 Days.
5. How do you customize your training for clients?
We’ll consult with your training coordinator, contracting officer, employee development specialist, and/or other authorized designee(s). Our goal is to understand the issues to be resolved by the course. Then we design creative elearning or in-class exercises to address the identified issues. The participants generate alternative solutions they can put into immediate practice – USEFUL, VALUABLE INFORMATION to take back to work that will be IMMEDIATELY APPLICABLE to their actual work environment.

7. How do PSC courses compare with OPM’s Human Resource Development (HRD) Competency requirements?
