Our self-paced leadership development courses will be presented in a series of four 3-hour modules with quizzes, a final examination, and course completion certificate. You’ll be able to enroll in individual courses or register for an entire learning track.
You will also have free access to the topic discussion forums we are setting up for each course. In the membership forums, you’ll be able to ask questions of the course facilitator and gain insights from other participants.

LEADERSHIP – TRACK 1
Our top six leadership development essentials. Track includes: New Supervisors Workshop, Multi-Generational Management, Team Leader Development, Performance Appraisal, Coaching and Counseling Skills, and Administering Discipline.
PRO-SKILLS – TRACK 2
Professional skills track for enhanced success. Courses included are: Presentation Skills, Meeting Leadership, Facilitator Skills, Customer Service, Problem Solving and Decision Making, and Time Management.
CULTURE – TRACK 3
Skills track for developing a dynamic work environment. Courses include: Team Building, Change Management, Valuing Cultural Diversity, Creative Thinking, Ethics in Leadership, and Conflict Resolution.
INTER-COMM – TRACK 4
Interpersonal Communication essentials track for building valuable relationships. Courses include: Listening and Memory, Interpersonal Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation with Confidence, Dealing with Difficult People, and Interviewing Skills.

Mobile Learning Experience
Mobility is essential to successful elearning. Our learning management system makes it possible for you to learn wherever you are, on your own schedule, for as long as you need to complete your course. Pursue our leadership development learning experience through your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
Self-Paced Study or Facilitated Learning
Prefer self-paced individual study? Take our online experience courses on your own time and learn at your own pace any time of day or night. If you want a classroom experience and direct interaction with the facilitator and other students, then opt for our live online leadership development course platform where you’ll participate in break-out group activities and discussion with other participants and can ask the facilitator questions in real time.
Help is here. Our courses are grouped into four professional development Learning Tracks: the Leadership Track – essential leadership skills; the Pro-Skills Track – professional skills to enhance your ability to lead; the Culture Track – to build a creative and collaborative working environment; and the Inter-Comm Track – interpersonal skills that make communicating in your work environment a success. Enroll in individual courses or register for full tracks. We also offer two learning tracks for leaders of Christian Ministries: the Ministry Leadership Track 1 and the Ministry Communications Track. 2. Additional open enrollment courses will be added periodically.
Exams and Quizzes
Comprehensive examinations and quizzes help you to monitor your learning progress and point out the areas you may need to go back and review. Multiple exam formats are used including True/False, Agree/Disagree, and Multiple Choice.
Upon completion of each development course or track, you’ll receive a Certificate of Achievement. Print and present this certificate to your manager to demonstrate what you’ve accomplished on your own or frame it and place it on your trophy wall. Initiative is key to leadership development and ultimate career success – and learning on your own is an excellent way to reach your career and self-improvement goals.
